Community Senior Center Activities

Any senior 60 years or better is eligible to enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch. Doors open every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 AM. Please RSVP at least one day in advance (209) 480-4508.

Young at Heart Fall Prevention Strength Training!

The training program is free for the public and will meet on Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 am. The goals of the program are to build strength, increase flexibility and improve balance in order to prevent injury and risk of falling. The certified instructors will lead the class progressively and the use of exercise tubes will provide resistance trainings for the participants.
